How does the service work?

How is laundry weighed?

Laundry is weighed after it has been washed and dried. This helps ensure clients are billed based on the finished laundry weight rather than the heavier pre-wash weight that can include moisture, dirt, or other debris.​

Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?

Not at all. Many clients leave their laundry in a designated spot such as a front porch, garage, mudroom or entryway. We'll coordinate pickup and delivery details with you ahead of time to make the process as easy and convenient as possible. ​

How should I package my laundry for pickup?​

Laundry can be placed in hampers, laundry basket, trash bags, or reusable laundry-bags - whatever is easiest for you. We just ask that items are securely contained and clearly separated if there are any special instructions (delicates, hang dry items, etc.). Please avoid overfilling bags or baskets to help prevent dama​ge during transport.

What products do you use?​

We use quality detergents. We're happy to accommodate fragrance-free or sensitive skin preferences when possible.​​​

Do you wash each customer's laundry separately?

Absolutely. Every order is washed and dried separately to ensure cleanliness and proper care.​

How are subscriptions plans billed?

Membership payments are due at the beginning of each service cycle and renew monthly unless cancelled with at least 10 days' notice ​prior to the next renewal date. Invoices are due upon receipt.

Do unused pounds roll over?

No. Monthly laundry allowance apply only to the current billing cycle and do not roll over month to month.​

What happens if I go over my monthly allowance?

Additional pounds are billed at your reduced member overage rate and will be added to our next renewal invoice. If service is cancelled, any outstanding overage balance is due upon receipt of the final invoice. ​

How will I know how many pounds I've used?

We provide periodic usage updates throughout your billing cycle so there are no surprises.​

What if my first order is larger than expected?

That's actually very common. Many new clients use their first pickup to catch up on accumulated laundry. We're happy to help you determine whether your current plan remains the best fit going forward. ​

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes. We simply ask for at least 10 days' notice prior to your next renewal date. ​Reactivation fees may apply.

Do you treat stains?

Light stain treatment is included whenever possible, but we cannot guarantee complete stain removal. ​
