Subscription Billing

​

Membership payments are due at the beginning of each service cycle and renew monthly unless cancelled prior to the next renewal date. Invoices are due upon receipt.

​

Each plan includes a set monthly laundry allowance for the current billing cycle only. Unused pounds do not roll over month to month.

​

If your monthly usage exceeds the included pounds in your plan, any additional pounds will be billed at your reduced member overage rate.

​

Overages accrued during an active billing cycle will be added to your next monthly renewal invoice. If service is cancelled, any remaining overage will be billed upon cancellation or completion of your final order and are due upon receipt.

Clients will receive periodic usage updates throughout their billing cycle to help monitor remaining included pounds and avoid surprises.
