Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Linen & Lavender for your laundry needs! To help ensure a smooth experience for everyone please review our booking policy below: BOOKING & DROP-OFF -Booking must be made in advance via our website or by text. -Laundry must be dropped off on the scheduled day - specific instructions will be provided via text or email. -Please separate heavily soiled, delicate, or bulky items if possible. PRICING CONFIRMATION -Pricing is based on size of load size and selected add-ons. -Final pricing will be confirmed upon receipt of your laundry. -No service will be billed until pricing is approved by you. SERVICE CAPACITY -Linen & Lavender is a small, home-based operation. We can accommodate 2-4 loads per day - book early to reserve your spot. -Same-day service is subject to availability and includes a $5/load rush fee. LAUNDRY GUIDELINES -We do not accept items with bodily fluids, excessive staining, pet waste, or hazardous materials. -We wash with care, but customers are responsible for checking clothing labels and separating items that require special handling. -By booking, you acknowledge that items are safe to machine wash and dry. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING -Please give at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. -No-shows or last-minute cancellation may impact future booking availability.
